how to configure Norton internet Security to allow Remote Desktop

connection and Admin share? Hello!
I am using Norton Internet Security on Windows XP sp2,
1. How can i configure Norton's firewall to allow, remote desktop connection from specific or any other computer over my local network.
2. Also, how can it to allow to access admin shares (c$) from across the network.
