Cannot play games on computer after rebuilt Dell Laptop!?

I enjoy playing Empire Earth 2 on my Dell laptop. My laptop is a Dell Latitude D610. My computer started to slow down, so I rebuilt the computer. Once I rebuilt it, I redownloaded Empire Earth 2 onto the laptop. But now, when I press the play button, the screen turns black, but suddenly stops and goes back to the desktop. What is wrong? How can I fix it?

its possible that you havent reconfigured your video card.If that is the case, just install new drivers for the video card, have the game check which video type is more suitable, and the game should run fine.

you may have accidentally forgotten/gotten a crap game card! ask dell, they'll tell you

You also may have to reinstall the game.
