My computer screen goes black 10 minutes into certain games?

I played BF2 for a couple of minutes and the screen goes black...On FEAR the colors go wierd looking also. I have a Compaq EVO D510 CMT with a 450 Watt PSU and a ATI X1300 PRO, 2.4 GHz 1 GB of RAM. I never really upgraded my AGP Drivers, and i read that it is neccesarry but i just cant seem to find the drivers. Any help? I think my mobo is a Intel 828456I Have a gaming case though, it has fans inside and it doesnt overheat. The card worked fine till recently. Im trying to figure out if i do need AGP drivers or if my card is jacked up.

the videocard is barely up to the games for one thing .. and its most likely overheating for another ... windows update should get u any driver upgrades u need imo ..

over heating would cause the symtoms you discribe...you should make sure your computer has enough room to breath and that the air filter is not clogged up
