I'm not sure how many people here actually have bothered with Vista, and
therefore I'm not confident you'll get an answer just yet.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX

The new names for folders in Vista are driving me crazy... but I'll soon get
used to them.
