I concure.
Be careful with e-mails from bogus "Paypal".
They are easy to identify.
Real PayPal e-mails always start with YOUR name.
Bogus e-mails start with "Dear Paypal member" or alike.
When login into your account, make sure to type the address to prevent
mistakes like that.
