Freeze-ups in CS

After replacing my PCI wireless card (it kept sending me ping surges) with a
USB wireless adaptor, my ping is always good, but now about every 60 seconds
or so I get a freeze for about 2 seconds. The ping looks good, netgraph
shows no chokes or anything, but I just freeze up and when it ends in a few
seconds it gives me the "switch weapon" animation and every dead body in
sight falls down again ragdoll-style. I've changed rates, run a test on my
connection, updated drivers, turned off one of my CPUs, run the AMD and
Windows dual core hotfix, played with connection settings in Steam, etc.
Also, this does not happen to my older computer on the same wireless
connection, and Unreal 2k4 and Battlefield 2 both run fine.

Specs:
AMD X2 4400+
2gb Ram
Creative Audigy 4
Dual Nvidia 7900 GT 256mb

I know this sounds ridiculous, but i've got an Audigy 4, and on my
motherboard if the Audigy PCI card is plugged into any other slot than the
PCI slot next to the AGP card i get slow down.

I'm sure theres things on Google that would explain it better.
