in gta san andreas what happens when you save games with cheats activated?

a warning comes up when i go to save it but i can tsee any difference in anythintg??

for the most part nothing. i only saved with health, ammo, money, armour codes on. i didnt save with flying cars or exploding cars or anything. in vice city sometimes the save file wouldnt work if u used codes and saved at the ice cream place.
