Where is possibile to download NgTcs? I used the www.archive.org to view the
NgStats website, and is stated that NgTcs Lite is free to use...

The guys that developed that are long gone. You can try some contact
addresses here: http://www.orangesmoothie.org/contact.html but from
the looks of that page you might not have much luck.
