View Full Version : Halo for PC - What or where is the save game file
Serial # 19781010

I am trying to find out where and what the save game file is. The
reason for this is that I will be playing the game on two different
pc's and would like to copy my saved game file to whichever pc that I
will be playing it on at that time.

The Halo saved game files are under your "Documents and Settings" folder
under your "Windows User Name". Then under your "User Name" look under "My
Documents" folder then "My Games" folder and finely "Halo" folder. All
Microsoft games will be here. Kind of dumb for Microsoft to do but hell they
do what they want. I took my Halo saved games folder from my work PC home
and loaded up and it worked fine. I'm on level 9 and having a great time on
every level. Have about seventeen hours in the game. Read on one forum that
one guy said he finished the Halo PC game in four hours. I don't believe
that for one second.
Enjoy Halo

I can do that. EZ, but I've been playing since Christmas 2003.

Who cares? I think longer is better, ask your girlfriend.
Maybe to hurry through after finishing once might be something to try if
you're bored, but you'd miss a lot of cool stuff if tyou hurried through the
first (only ) time. And then, obviously you'd finish faster when you know
where everything is.
